Life
Hi after so many years.
At Ballou, I was known as Evette Billye Epps. After thrity-Five years, now I am called Billye. Actually, I choose Billye as my professional name. I am a writer and poet and performance poetry and have and do perform at local and national venues. I have had the please of performing in London England, with the group I belong to, "Collective Voices". So, I guess you can assume that I am a writer and poet. My book "The Mourners' Bench (and other stations of weeping and Joy) will be released in early May 2003; and, I would like to invite all of my fellow class-mates to attend the book signing. I'll foward the details later. But, that doesn't tell you much about me.

The things that are important in my life if my spiritual journey, my family, and of course, my poetry.
I really would like to hear from you, although many may not remember me (The yearbook staff lost my photo). I'll try to post a recent one soon. I am not chubby like I use to be, and the gray on my temple is not indicative of my age (at least not my mental age; and, I actually can and do take an aroebics class every now and then).
