Obituary
Francisco (Paco) Villela, Jr. died in his home October 3, 2021. He was born to parents Francisco Villela and Esperanza Favila Villela on November 24, 1955 in Torreon, Coahuila, MX. His parents emigrated to the states with their family when Paco was just one year old. He graduated from Bowie High School, where he won various first and second place medals in Varsity Wrestling State 2nd Place and Cross Country. Paco lived for a period in California learning his trade in drawing and painting, much like his brother Nando. He later returned to El Paso where he mastered his trade, while picking up new ones in carpentry, contractor work and gardening. He was often hired by his family and friends to do remodeling work in their homes due to his enormous skills and hardworking ethic. , and watching the news from sunrise to late night. He inherited his mother’s love of gardening and he grew his own tomatoes, squash, chilis, Yerba Buena and roses. Although Paco suffered from many sorrows and grave illness. He had a good very loving heart and loved his family very much. He liked playing with his younger nieces and nephews and talking to the older ones. He was greatly loved by all his Familia. He will greatly missed by brothers, sisters and good friends.
He is survived by his siblings Nando, Jaime, Gloria, Yolie, Rene, Hilda, Chayo and Margie.
Francisco was preceded in death by his parents Francisco Villela and Esperanza Favila Villela, and his sister Beatriz Estrella Marquez.
Funeral services will be held at Perches Funeral Home-Lower Valley, 7580 Alameda Ave, El Paso on October 30 at 9:00am- 11:20 am. Interment service will be at Mt Carmel Cemetery, 401
