Fawn's Story
This has got to be the greatest gift the LORD could give me at this time in my life connecting with childhood friends. It really makes my heart smile to hear from each one of you. When I have memories of my childhood I think of all of you.
I live with my husband in Arkansas. I have 3 children. Clint he is 36. He and his wife have three girls, 14, 6 & 3. He is a Sargent with the Arkansas Department of Corrections. He is also going to college to study Criminal Justice.
Jason is 28. He and his wife do not have children yet. She miscarried with triplets 2 years ago. Jason is a Captain in the National Guard. He has already been to Iran and Iraq. He also works for the National Guard doing their payrolls for the state of Arkansas. His wife is a therapist for mental handicapped, deaf and dumb children. She is also working on a nursing degree.
And that brings me to my daughter Kelly. She is 26. Kelly is not married and works for "Carrier" an air conditioning company. She starts to college in the fall to get her degree in nursing. I also have been blessed with two step children.
A step daughter JoAnn is 34 and she lives in Florida with her 2 daughters and one son.
My step son Vincent, I raised, is 31. He lives in Florida with his wife and 2 girls and one boy. He is licensed to preach and is going to seminary school. He works for his church and his wife is a school teacher there at the christian school.

nk of the first grade when we had to go to school in the church across from the De Zavala Elem. school because there wasn't room for us at the regular school. I remember Priscilla Roberson, Row Wilson, Pam Clark, sharon Curville and Janet Hackett(?) Hackett not sure on the last name. I often wonder where everyone went and how their life turned out.
And now me. I have 5 kids and 9 grand children and I have empty nest syndrome. I really miss not having a house full of kids. My 3 live close by but with work and family they stay pretty busy. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 5 pygmy goats for company these days. lol
My husband and I are Missionaries with the North America Mission Board, Mission Service Corps. We serve as chaplains at a truck stop ministry near by. We have been serving there for 6 1/2 years as head chaplains and directors. We minister and counsel travelers and truck drivers that come to the truck stop. I really enjoy it so much. Husband works full time driving a truck but home every night and weekends. I busy myself by designing and editing church bulletins, volunteer work at the local pregnancy center, counseling and teaching. I have my own Bible study classes and I do counseling for women.
Well, that's about it in a nut shell. Not much when you get it all wrote down but it sure took along time to get it all done. It took years. lol
Now, if I could find Joe Maness my circle of life will be complete.
