Faye's Story

Life Hi everyone, I can't believe it's been 37 years! I don't know about the rest of ya'll but I feel young! My body parts are telling me I getting old! My husband and I bought a house in Orange, Texas. Two days after we moved, my mother, who was 82 fell in the nursing home and broke her leg and I got to stay 5 days in a recliner in the Monroe hospital, but she doing great. She died the next year 3 days after her bithday(Feb. 17, 2008) We have two children Eric(35) and Kami(24)(she is my miracle child). We tried 9 years to get pregnant and my doctor and I were talking about tying my tubes when I turn 30. I got pregnant 29 & 8 months. r two days later. She was fine and healthy and after 6 to 9 months I was fine and healthy too. Kami bought a house in Marion, Ar. when she was 20 and Eric bought a house in Olive Branch MS. She works for the city, and he works in Memphis. Ken has been a draftsman for 37 years and he just got laid off Feb. 15. He is looking for a job,but there is nothing out there! I am a homemaker and I worked part time. I worked part time at Roses Flowers in Baker for 11 years, I worked holidays at Heaven Sent Flowers in Orange, I worked as a courier for First Tennessee Bank for 2 1/2 years, I worked at Wal Mart in West Memphis, Ar. for 1 year, and I worked for Roberts Grocery Store in Orange for a few months.
