Remarried. Live in Florida, Broward County about 15 miles NW of Fort Lauderdale. My favorite music is Latino and I love merengue, cumbia and salsa. I also enjoy Jazz, New Age and Classical. Enjoy calligraphy, katas and dancing with my wife (a former freelance reporter from Peru). Favorite movie of all...AVATAR. Favorite Book...El Ingenioso Hidalgo Don Quijote de la Mancha (Spanish Version).
I blow off steam by practicing the katas I learned or by playing pinnochle or scrabble on my iMac. My students and the members of my parrish call me "Profe" Brown.
I love to teach and teaching is my vocation. I have several mottos but the two which I share with my students are the following:
"God has never given anyone any authority to deprive anyone else from his or her inalienable right to learn." and "Only imbeciles laugh at that which they don't understand."
