Getting ready for a big change. I will post my before picture soon. I'm looking for support from friends, new and old, to accomplish my goal. A lot of my old friends rememeber me as a big guy, well, I'm trying to change that and with your help and support I can do it. I will give it my all. I lost 5 pounds this week and I feel great. I'm hitting the weights for 1 hour and then I'm doing 1 hour of cardio immediately after. I am off to a great start. Yeaaaaah buddy. I'm down another 4 pounds buddy with the help of some fantastic costco shakes and a little something called the stairmaster and lets not forget the sauna, not only relaxing but it helps me with all the weightloss. Had a little set back these past couple of weeks but can you blame me I went to vegas right after Thanksgiving. I'm ready to hit it hard this week. And, oh yeah I gained 5. Getting stronger over the last weeks now that I'm taking some high quality supplements.Still working out very hard and trying to incorporate more outside activities. Oh yeah I have already been to Hawaii, and Vegas a couple of times. Wha...Expand for more
