In 2005, I went to work for BNSF Railway, where I still work today. I started in Technology Services, but I have since made the transition to Service Design & Performance, where I work in Performance Analysis for the Merchandise train network. I'm responsible for maintaining the Service Design network information, as well as for managing the train size for our Merchandise trains.
