Workplace When I was 20 years old I was recruited from college to manage the marketing division of an international publishing division for a non profit organization. After that,I spent a few years in advertising and public relations for Mike Glickman Realty. When his empire folded, The Jon Douglas Company created a position for me as Director of Public Relations, San Fernando Valley so that I could recruit all of Mike Glickman's former agents! Got my real estate license, did very well and then decided to be a stay at home mom when my kids were born. Then all the real fun started! When my youngest was old enough for preschool I went back to work but this time for myself.
