Frances's Story
After graduating from SUNY at Albany I spent a year in France as an assistant of English at the high school level. Back in the States I taught French and Spanish at Kings Park High School for a year and then I moved to Venezuela, where I developed a career as a university professor in French, got a Master's in Linguistics and then went on to get a doctorate in France. search, and got very involved in my academic life. There was always time for the family, though, and I had 2 children, my greatest joy.. I became a widow in 2004, but I have been in a committed relationship since 2012 and living in Fort Lauderdale, happily retired, and travelling whenever we can. With all the moving around, I did not stay too connected with the high school friends, but this is a great opportunity to get in touch with some of you. Is anybody living near me?
