Frances's Story
Let’s see! What have I been up to for the last 50+ years? I attended Sac City right after high school for two years while working at Rhodes Department Store. Went to Europe with Sandy Brandt in 1970, for a month, went back and lived in Germany and worked on an Airforce base in Rammstein. Came home and attended Business College. I have had an interesting work career. Went to work for Sacramento Co at the Sheriff's Office, transferred to the Court System, owned and operated a balloon delivery service, went back to work for the county at the DA's Office in Victim/Witness. own redwood and we sold the slaps to sigh makers. I sold hand dipped incense at craft shows, worked at the Post Office and became the publisher and editor for my own newspaper in Springville. Married twice one divorce and the other made me a widow. I have two beautiful grown daughters. Each married and both have given me awesome grandsons. My last employment was with the Tule River Indian Tribal Council publishing their monthly newsletter. I am now retired and relatively healthy living in the very small community of Springville, CA in Tulare County. So, what is up with all of you? Had a great time at our 50th.
