Life
After school I worked in a gas station as a mechanic until Sept. The 1'st of Oct. I left for Great Lakes Naval Training Center. I served 4 years on active duty and 2 years in the Naval Reserve active. Was released from active duty in Sept. 62. Oct. of 62 I started working for Smith Kline & French Labs. e Dept. Special Services Group where I worked in Heavey Industreial HVAC&R. I worked for Smith Kline until July of 91. I then took a buyout and early retirement. Then on Oct. 28'th I got a job at the Phila. Water Dept. I worked there for 5 years as a Heating & Air Conditioning Mech. In two years I became a forman. I retired from the city on Nov. 1'st of 96 and haved enjoyed retirement since then.
