Frank J.'s Story
Hi Everyone;
I have been married for 46 years to my wonderful wife Lila as of March, 2021! whom I went through high school with. We dated for 2 1/2 years before we got married on March 28th, 1975. We renewed our wedding vows on July 14th,2007 after 32 1/2 years of marriage in front of family and friends. We have two children and five grandchildren. Our daughter Michele lives in Beavers Falls, NY, with her husband Steve,and their three children, Taylor who is 20 and Hunter will be 19 in September 2021 and Matthew who is 13 ! We bought a home here in Beaver Falls April 30, 2012 to be closer to our daughters family, we live 5 minutes from them now which is great to live close to one of our children. Lila, I and the children, spent 20 years in the Military (Army) and I retired in June 1995. Once I retired from the Military I went to work for Lewis County Opportunities in New Bremen, NY, and work in Watertown, NY, for 23 years where I was a Housing Director and retire officially as of Feb 2, 2018! It's great to be grandparents and to enjoy all our free time with our children and grandchildren.
We stop and ask ourselves though, where has the years gone. It seems like just yesterday we were in high school and now 47 years have gone by. It would be nice to hear from some of our classmates. Lila is also on classmates so look her up. If you are out there and belong to classmates, drop us a line and say Hello.
