Frank's Story
Ok...so here it goes! After graduation I went to Bloomfield College--B.A. in Social Studies. Started teaching in Paterson at the MLK SCHOOL. . [ OUR Central H.S. building] While teaching I also got a M.A. in Student Personnel Services at WPU. My claim to fame is that Joe Clark selected me to become his vice principal as he entered Eastside H.S. in 1981. The rest is legendary history!!!!! From there , after a short stop in a small district , I went to Holmdel to become its middle school principal. During the 13 years i spent there I got a second Masters Degree -M.A. in Education Administration from Rutgers. I then moved on to West Orange to become Principal of "The Roosevelt Middle School" and stayed there for 11 years until I retired last year. ols in the country to get it] , The National "SCHOOLS TO WATCH AWARD" [only 80 middle schools across the country in the last 10 years have achieved this] AND in 2009 I was honored as the recipient of "The New Jersey Middle School Principal of the year" ]. Jesus... my elementary and high school teachers were rolling over in their graves!!!!! I was also a division one college football official for 18 years and once did the Harvard-Yale game. I have a son -28 and a daughter -22. He was an all state quarterback and went on to play at Penn State for "Joepa" . We loved "Joepa! " My daughter was an all state softball pitcher and is currently attending CCM . My high shool weight was 185 and I am currently 215 . I work out every day feverishly.I was on the reunion committee last time and we are starting to meet to set up our 50th in 2014 . So start getting in shape all!!!
