Frank's Story
Life
I completed my military and college here in Atlanta. During that time I met Betty and we were married in 1969. We have two daughters, Lucinda and Leslie and seven grand kids.(Also two great son-in-laws. Betty and I are retired and we enjoy traveling, camping, farming, and of course mandatory baby-sitting. I play music with my friends as much as I can. We spend most of our time on the farm in the North Ga. mountains but we still enjoy a little of the city since we spent our career working downtown Atlanta...Expand for more
. Drop by the Dahlonega Ga Courthouse during the" Bear on The Square" Festival held in early April and say hello. I am usually on the east side of the CH.
Military
I joined in Jan 1964 and spent four months at Ft Polk, La. in training. July 1964 I was assigned as the Company clerk to 590 QM Co. at Campfriend, Thailand. July 1965, I was assigned to Hq, Xll US Army Corp, Atlanta, Ga. I was discharged in Feb. 1967. I enjoyed most of my army time, and made many friends. I am in contact with some of them now.
