Ate sushi in the Dotombori, Osaka, Japan; biked from Strasbourg to Paris, France, saw Bruce Springsteen at Wembley Stadium, London; crossed the English Channel on D-Day (1992); trekked around Vancouver, British Columbia; saw the WTC before 9/11; went atop the Empire State Bldg., too; listened to cool jazz in Old Montreal; cruised offshore from Bill Gates' house on Lake Washington, Seattle.

Lead a Monday night Bible study as a volunteer with the Protestant Chaplaincy at Juvenile Hall with the 15 year-old male (and female) inmates.
