Frank's Story
Life
Well, it's time to amend the bio. After 36 years in broadcast news (primarily television), I have just retired. I have to tell you: so far, so good! I already have a part time gig teaching a course at the University of South Florida here in Tampa. I will be working with hand picked seniors (the "cream of the crop") who will produce a daily two and a half minute news segment for the PBS television station on campus. stry, like most, is going through some challenging times and this is a wonderful opportunity to prepare the next generation of broadcast journalists for what lies ahead.
As an aside, I have to say the Bernards High class of '69 absolutely must have a 40th reunion. I am willing to pitch in to make this happen. All we have to do is find a venue and some potential dates. I'll even put down the deposit. We are getting too old to pass on another chance to get together!
