intenance Supervisor for a Affordable Housing Corp that does family and senior apartments. We have 14 projects (with 3 more being built) and I run the Maintenance Department for those complexes. I plan to do it for at least a couple more years and the move away from this Southern Cal City and head North to the Redding Area. Well, not in Redding but 45 miles East on 299, where we have 16 acres calling to me. It will be a change from the weather we got use to in Hawaii and San Diego, more like Scottish winters and all that snow but the summers are nice and toasty (hot).".
