Frank's Story
Some of you may or may not remember me. I could have graduated in any of these years.....67, 68, 69. I started a year late, was very sick the whole year of 1rst grade. Repeated first grade, and thanks to glue, and other Audubon pass-times. I repeated the 8th grade. If only Mrs. Detofski would have given me an D instead of an F in Art, (Art of all things to get an F in) I could have went to summer school....... Oddly enough I ended up at Woodrow Wilson Night School, where in 6 months, I mastered the whole fricken 4 years of High School. I graduated Summa Cum Laude of my class, which consisted of every known dolt, missfit, and non English speaking idiot they could find. What a proud day for my mom. So I joined the Army, volunteered for Vietnam, survived that, went to Germany, attended U of M while there, too...Expand for more
k the Army's version of "Assosiates degree equivalency Test," and you guessed it, maxed that fricken thing too. A couple of years after ETS, I married Loraine Ekle, an Audubon girl, I think the class of 72. She was wonderful, and it was her unfortunite luck to marry the likes of me. That was 13 years and a big house on 6 acres in Medford, where Loraine, lives to this day. Next I met and married Deann, 17 years my junior, but very capable of having babies. Which she did to the tune of Tommy and Becky. We went from Mount Laurel to Haddonfield, where I live to this day, however, Deann does not. She lives in Shamong with her new husband Todd. Tommy is 19 and in the Navy. The lovely Becky is one month shy of 17 and will be a Junior at HMHS. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it. See you at the reunion.
