Frank's Story
After 35 yrs in the Antique and Architectural Salvage business in Spartanburg, SC (Ballard Sales Co.) and Antiques On Trade (Tryon, NC), I decided to make a career change to the Culinary Industry. I most recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Atlanta, GA with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. WHAT TO DO NOW!!! I'm sure that with these new skills, the love to serve the public, and the desire to be near the ocean, I can combine these to create a fun and exciting new career...Expand for more
. At the moment I have returned home to give special attention to my 84 yr young Mother. Just call this chapter of my life "Driving Ms. Verna" HA!!! After all She's been a great Mom as well as the BEST TEACHER and MENTOR one could have!!! There will be plenty of time for the new chapters later.
I reward myself a few nights a week with a nice bottle of ZINFANDEL and a new creation from the Kitchen. Who knows, one day I may be sharing both with the Public, Sometime-Somewhere???
