Frankie's Story
To all those who remember her, she was my mother, and unfortunately after battling kidney failure for the last 10 years of her life , Frankie (Lambeth) Rawlings passed away May 27, 2017 at 10:19 pm. At Clear Lake Hospital. For those who knew her, I dont have to tell you that she was the sweetest, kindest, and most forgiving person ever. I also dont have to tell you that she loved her two grandchildren more than she loved herself- she did anything and everything she could for the ones she loved, even though she was the one battling for her life. was kind, and generous and forgiving , that it was ok to take advantage of her again and again. She was one of the most beautiful and strong women I've ever known and I love her very much. If anyone else out there remembers my mom , please feel free to share a fond memory of her with me. Frankie was so devoted to the care of her mother and family specially in the last 10 years of her life that she stopped living for herself and simply put , she lived day by day for the few people (family) she had left in her life. I miss her and i wish things had gone differently. I know shes dancing somewhere along side Prince , and shes happy and free from this life of pain.
