Life
WOW!! Thinking about the reunion has made me think about the last twenty years....
I guess here goes...Went to college, thought that I knew everything...Dropped (Flunked) out of college, got married, moved to Hawaii, worked in a plant nursery, landscaped many places on Oahu. Moved back to Wyoming, went back to school, had my son Joshua in 93, realized had no idea what I was really doing, got divorced, still in school though, that was a good thing. Got degree, in teaching, (Yeah, it is always nice to tell the parents that I was a kindergarten dropout and a college flunkie, let me teach your children.) in 2000. Taught 6 years in Midwest. Got to know some great people.
Josh is now a seventh grader at Dean Morgan. Again, WOW!!! What a great kid he is. More often than not makes me laugh until my sides hurt. We just got back from Washington DC for a leadership program that he was nominat...Expand for more
ed to participate in. He loves football. I have learned lots from him.
Fifth grade social studies is all about the establishment of this country. The coolest thing that I got to do while in DC was go to the Archives and see the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. It was truly amazing to be able to see the actual paper that these brilliant men worked with. While standing in front of the artifacts, I was totally checking to see if Nicolas Cage was anywhere near. It was a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back. Tried to see everything.
Moved into Casper last summer. Had to. Bought a house and got a job here. I teach fifth graders. Sometimes they teach me. We have a lot of fun
I am so thankful for my wonderful life. Great friends...new and old .... and then reaquainting with long lost friends.....family and my job....and definitely the absolute joy.....my boy....
