More about Freda:"i have been married to don(dubby)white since 7-7-1977. the dubby was for garden city high friends or those who knew him from the band " the whott knotts". we have 2 daughters, dawn & nikol. they each have 2 kids, dawns daughter cortney is married & has 2 kids, yes that makes us great-grandparents. our other daughter niki had 2 boys. they are in the pic with dubby. i have to put more pics up. i stay home, have been on disability since 2000. i would give anything to have been working. dubby still working, was actually at work when the f5 tornado blew our town away. a friend was killed that wasn't far from him. there were 13 in the building & ...Expand for more
they lost 1. the whole town was gone it's so lucky they called school off that day, they had to be tore down with everything else. houses are starting to be built back, the doc has his building started. everything is in trailers now. i lost my mom this year she was 98. it shouldn't have, but i swore she would outlive me, but she went down so fast i wasn't prepared. i kept feeling guilty that i could have done more, or changed her meds. i kept a close watch on her. me & dubby had moved in with her over 2yrs ago. my youngest daughter & her husband & boys lived in our house. with there animals & ours we had about 11 dogs & 20-25 cats. at 1 time we also had 4 horses, & rabbits & i can't remember other that a turtle, fish, & hermit crabs which we still have. mom made me swear i would keep her house in the family so my daughter niki & her family & dubby & me swapped houses. she didn't want dogs in her house though, when they left i made them take their yorkies & her favorite cat, since then they have added a husky pup, it's deaf & can hardly see, those are the ones we take, & last wk they got a great dane pup. my granddaughter cort works at our vet. he's always said he had rather make a house call to us than see us coming. i'm glad it's my daughter that has all those animals in her house in-stead of me. i know she would come from wherever to haunt me if i did it...lol".
