Frederick's Story
Life
so much to write about in the last 34 yrs since graduating high school. I still remember many of the days in school. Remembering what the school looked like and walking down the halls. The cold winter days waiting for the bus to pick us up. Still have many memories of the all the teachers I had some good some bad. Most of all I remeber all my classmates and even though I may have been a nerd back then, I wish now I would have gotten to know all of you better.
I got married at 21 shortly after my father died. I moved to the cities and drove truck for my brother-in-law for the first three yrs. Then I went on to Manage a little convenience store for three more years. I then worked in a scrap yard for 9 yrs until I injured my back twice and felt O no longer could do that. ny in 1984 and worked there for 11 yrs. I worked for Rainbow Foods for one yr and then went to work for Wal*Mart and now have been with them for 4 yrs.
I have three daughters ages 25,21, and 18. My youngest one just graduated this yr. I got divorced last July and received custody of my youngest daughter. After graduating I had nothing to keep there so for a change of pace I moved to Albuquerque,New Mexico. Actually, transfered with my job. I plan on staying here for a couple of years then moving back to Minnesota where my heart truly is.
In 1998 I suffered a heart attack and had two metal stents put in one artery. I have since quit smoking and no longer eat red meat ro very little. I walk about six miles day. Swim and work out int he exercise room.
That is about the extent of my past 34 yrs since graduation.
