Frederick's Story
Hi! I'm retired and living near Wilmington, NC. after 34+ years at Teledyne and Allegheny Technologies corporate offices. I'm married and have 2 daughters (SF and Florida) and was just presented with 4th and 5th grandchildren in Oct. and Jan.
I worked in corporate finance and risk management and lived in Agoura and Westlake Village from 1974 through 1997. Teledyne merged with Allegheny Ludlum and the corporate office was moved to Pittsburgh. We moved and stayed there until 2005 when we moved here. I've been retired since the end of 2003. It's great.

and Colorado, Boulder (MBA '65). After graduation I worked for Winchester (guns & ammo) in New Haven, CT and returned to LA and Teledyne in 1969,
I was an avid SCUBA diver for 25 years (until my sinuses gave out) and fisherman and father, The girls went to Agoura HS ('93 and '95). We loved it in the Canejo Valley but the daily commute to Century City was brutal. In Pittsburgh I lived 12 mi from the office and it took 20 min door-to-door. The best thing about PGH. NC is quite rural where we are. Love the feeling, like the SF Valley in 1950, only closer to the ocean and a lot greener.
