Life After leaving school, I worked for the County of Dutchess until 1976. I also worked as one of the "gang" (a bartender) at the old FRIVOLOUS SAL'S on Raymond Avenue from 1971 to 1976 - OH WHAT A TIME THAT WAS !!!!! I continued with sports and played on two national championship 8 man touch football teams - until a player from the University of Georgia (using a nasty illegal move) separated my right shoulder during a game - PAINFUL - OUCH !!!!!! The nurses in the ER though I was wearing shoulder pads and couldn't figure out how they were going to remove them with the injury - were they surprised to find out that I wasn't wearing pads - I was just a big guy..... In August of 1976, I joined the City of Poughkeepsie Police Dept and worked as a Patrolman, Undercover Plainclothes Narcotics Investigator and then as a Criminal Detective. While with the PD, I accumulated over 2800 hrs of extensive FORENSICS training and left the dept certified in many different areas. I worked with Dr. Michael Baden (Forensic Pathologist currently featured on HBO Program) and many well known people in that field. I graduated #1 in my class at the United States Dept of Justice D.E.A. School at the NY State Police Academy in 1982. I have been trained and certified by the DEA, FBI, and NYS. In 1990 I formed "Marshall & Pagones Investigations, Inc." and represented the parent "DuPont Corporation" in the largest criminal indictment in the history of Dutchess County; NOT...Expand for more
