Gabrielle's Story
Life
I have just started my own law firm in Nutley, New Jersey concentrating in the areas of criminal law, family law and real estate. Before that I worked at Iacullo Martino & Marzella, a law firm in Nutley, New Jersey. I do mostly criminal defense work these days but still do my fair share of real estate and family law. I live in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey and am married and have a son born 11/14/2006. I still see Cara Schwartz often (she's married with two kids), but I haven't really run into anyone else lately.
School
I graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey in 1997. I then went to law school at Rutgers in Newark, New Jersey and graduated with my juris doctor in May of 2000. I took and passed both the New York and New Jersey bars and am admitted to practice in both states.
Workplace

from law school I took a job as an associate at the Law Firm of Emil Nardachone in Belleville, NJ. I did mostly civil work at that firm specializing in real estate and family law, but I did a little personal injury and land use as well. During my employment there I also worked as the Assistant Prosecutor for the Township of Belleville. In July of 2002, I left that job and joined Iacullo & Martino, a firm in Nutley, New Jersey. I worked primarily in criminal defense work but I still did my fair share of real estate and matrimonial. I also worked as the Public Defender for the Township of Belleville municipal court which I still do most weeks even though I left the firm. In January of 2008 I started my own firm, the Law Firm of Gabrielle N. Gallagher also in Nutley, New Jersey. I am dong primarily criminal defense, matrimonial and real estate law.
