Gail's Story

Life Met my husband on a blind date set up by Jan Miller's (remember her?) brother and sister-in-law. We've been married 40 years this June , 2006. Jan also met her husband on a blind date set up by her brother and she's been married 39 years this October, 2006. Pretty good track record for setting up blind dates. My Pets Both are learning impaired. Sulli (dog) likes to stand in the shadow created by his body and try to bite the shadow of his tail. He gets so excited by this he hops up and down on all four feet. Very strange animal. The cat, Kramer, was a hand me down from my brother and his wife. around your legs purring like a locomotive all the time, drives me crazy. My brother thinks it must be something in the water. My Kids Our daughter, Becky (33)and our son, Eric (32)both live in Dallas, Texas. Both are married with kids. Both are contemplating more. Becky has 4; 3 girls and 1 boy and Eric has 3; 2 girls and 1 boy. Our foster son David, is married and lives in Wyoming, N.Y. He and his wife have 2 sons. Eight grandchildren! Somehow I didn't picture that when I was in high school. Unbelievable how the years have flown by, as I'm sure you all will agree. Our kids are both the bane and the joy of our lives. There's probably not a parent that exists that doesn't feel that way. But you sure love them anyway.
