Gail's Story
I attended Northwestern in 63, and transferred to Wisconsin in 64. Married my husband Dennis in 67 and both graduated in Jan 68. We have moved around the Midwest from Minneapolis where I taught science, to Cincinnati where I worked in Cardiac Research and our two sons were born. In Detroit I was a tax auditor for the IRS and was able to transfer in that capacity to St. Louis. I later became Chief Facilities for MO, KS, ARK, and OK and then, Chief Personnel for the same area. sury Dept. for the last year to develop a Department wide Personnel system based on a People Soft product.
We built a home on a golf course in the small town of Union MO which is SW of the St. Louis area. Since retirement I have volunteered for a St. Louisl charity that adopts out needy families for Christmas and also volunteer preparing taxes for the needy and elderly in the spring. Dennis and I have 5 grandchildren with another on the way. We are spending our retirement traveling the US and Europe.
