Gail's Story
My life has been a journey which has taken me to many new challenges, insights, and experiences. Starting out at Drummond Elementary School, traveling to Amundsen High School, and completing my Education at Northeastern Illinois University. I look forward to the years ahead. I have been teaching Special Education for 35 years with Severly Behavior Disordered Teenagers, with 3 Masters Degrees (Learning Disabilities, Guidance and Counseling, and Administration and Supervision of Special Education) and retired in June, 2010. or a period of time and I have one beautiful son who is 20. We are very close and I learn about life from him everyday. I hav ebelonged to a Singles group for a number of years and participate in many activities (hiking, bike riding, dining out, theatre, movies, weekend getaways) and have made some long lasting friends. I Often wonder how my friends of my past are doing and think about how much they too have added to my life. It seems that there are some people I will never forget! I hope to have some pictures on line this summer.......
