Gail's Story
Life
Hey, how is everyone or maybe I should say anyone. I now live in Louisiana (that was a culture shock) and no longer have to worry about earthquakes; hurricanes, however, are another story. I have been married to my husband Tim for 20 years and I have two sons 17 and 14. I'm still struggling with becoming an LSU fan, but I get closer with every Sugar Bowl victory. I hope you all are having wonderful and happy lives. Drop me an email sometime, since I'm stuck down here in the swamp and most of y'all (Don't act like you've never heard that word, you guys are from Arvin) are still in Cali, I doubt I'll run in to you at the Piggly Wiggly (Yes, we actually have a store that bears the name Piggly Wiggly) so it would be great to hear from you. God's Love....Gail
College
B.A. English Cal State Baker...Expand for more
sfield (Is there anywhere else to get your undergrad when you grow up in the central valley?)
M.A. Gifted Education and Technology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette...the University that is affectionately know as U-LA-LA...get it...there all French down here. Our school motto was, "Forget about our football team, our food is better than your food." Mmmm gumbo ya ya!
Just think of all those Spanish classes I had growing up in Cali, and I have to move where everyone speaks French.
Workplace
I worked for 13 years in public education here in Louisiana, the last three of which I spent as an administrator at a technology magnet school. Well, after working with all those wonderful techno gadgets, I jumped ship and now work as a graphics and digital media director for Refuge Student Ministries.
