Life
Hello everyone from L.N. & Pi Hi... Well the adventure so far has been interesting. I was in Law Enforcement for 27 years, went to Law School, and now work in the legal profession. I am a published poet, which can be read on Poetry>Com, just put in my name Ora Gardner to take a look. I would like to write more but this would turn into a novel. This site has made a lot of memories rise to the surface, and it has been good to see all the names from our class. I would enjoy hearing from you. As it has been a long time. But I have 7 children all grown now 5 sons and two daughters. Oh yes the grand-children, which are great..so far two grand-sons and 5 grand-daughters, and two of my kids have one each coming.
Well it's now 2022, I am retired, living in Apache Junction, Arizona. My children are in California, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. I now have 19 grand-children 7 grand-daughters, and 12 grandsons. es to visit, and some of the grandchildren have already graduated from the Universities they were attending, and two went into the Navy and are doing well..
I am doing some small legal items at home to help an, old friend and partner a couple times a week. Along with helping my wife with our 7 year old grandson, who we have been raising since he was 4 years old,, as he is deaf. We have learned ASL to be able to communicate with him, and the deaf school has done wonders for him here in Arizona, but since we have had him, we sure found out how much the deaf community is discriminated against, but that is being changed one issue at a time.
In 2008 I became remarried, and my new wife has two grown daughter, one lives in California and has a son, and the other lives in Oregon, and we have her son.
It has been been very interesting having a large family, but very rewarding seeing them grow, and what they choose to do in life. It has been so nice seeing old friends, e-mailing some, and to think it's almost 50 years..
