Life I currently live in San Jose (often referred to as the "Heart Of Silicon Valley"), which is now the 10th largest city in the United States. I work in the utility industry. What I like about it the most is the fact is that we heavily promote the use of renewable (green) energy technologies. It goes without saying that "green" energy is definitely the way to go for the future, therefore reducing dependence on and use of fossil fuels, and, therefore, reducing global warming effects. I have been in Northern California since 1988, and absolutely love it here. I joined the Army Reserve in 1984, and am now assigned to a unit in Hawaii - I travel there at least 2 times a year for annual military training exercises and/or special work assignments.
