Life
Hello everyone, I left Colorado 8 years ago and never really looked back, (Until today). I live in deep south Texas on the Mexico border ...near South Padre Island. I'm happily married, (Kirstin, lived together 5 years, been married 6). We adopted a 2 year old little boy in June of 2004 (Justin). I went into the restaurant business with my best friend from college, (Eric Arndt) we developed the concept ourselves and now own two locations, (The Blue Onion, 6 years). In January of 2005 we purchased a large catering company and are now in the process of building a stand alone facility for the original restaurant and the catering company. mployees and have an eye on future growth. My wife is a special education teacher, and two years ago my best friend from high school (Dan Price) moved south to join Eric and I in the business. I never thought I could put it all together but it seems that I have. Gone is the melancholy that contributed to my erratic personality when I was younger. I have found the older I get the happier I am... Lets see if I feel that way at 40. I still love music and still read as much as I can, I just finished Ralph Waldo Emerson's collected essays and loved them. The man was on fire...
