Gary's Story

Life I have lived in Redding, Ca. for close to 36 years and still love it here. My wife, Gloria, and I have been married 42years and are in love as much today as we were when we first met! (Yes she would say the same thing too!). We have a 28 yr. old son who is a professional wakeboarder and a 26 yr. old daughter who has been married for nearly 6 years and graduated from Sacramento State University with Honors in 2005. (Still can't figure out where SHE came from!!). Our son lives in Redding and our daughter and her husband live in Southern Calif. We are currently empty nesters with our Basset Hounds Hot Rod and Waldo. My wife and I love to ride our motorcycle and put about 7000-8000 miles a year on it just touring Northern California and Oregon. W...Expand for more
e are active in our local Rescue Mission and are marriage mentors with Shasta County Marriage Mentors, primarily mentoring Pre- Marrieds, hoping to help them not have some of the rough spots in their lives that we have had. As for me I have worked for UPS for 25 yrs. and am looking forward to retirement sometime in the near future. I enjoy playing golf and basketball when I can and I also have a race car that I run at tracks like Infineon, (Sears Point to me), and Thunderhill in Willows Ca., (my second Mid-Life-Crisis). I hope everyone from Canyon is doing well and I would love to hear from you if you have a minute to E-mail. P.S. Let's have another reunion and invite all the classes like the last one. Come on and someone put this together!! Gary
