Gary Carson:  

Gary is from Brainerd, Minnesota. Gary's schools include Mahtomedi High School. Gary later attended Globe Business College (Junior Business Administration), spent 2 years (1968-1970) in U.S Army, then attended Mankato State College, transerring to St. Cloud State University and graduating with B.S. Elementary Education. Gary then taught for a year in northern Minnesota in the title one reading and math program. He later attended Brainerd vocational school for Natural Resources degree and worked in Forestry at Cass Lake for the DNR for about 4 years. Then, finally winding up teaching in The Natural Resurce Program at Central Lakes College during which time he also attended Bemidji State University, graduating with M.A. in Environmental Studies. During all of that time Gary has been married and divorced with two children(Jay and Jenny) both adopted and both were awesome athletes for the Brainerd Warriors. Jay loved all the sports, but was a swimmer and diver and went to state his junior and senior years. ...Expand for more
