Gary's Story
Life
2000: After giving four years of grief to the H.H.S. staff, I am now on the receiving end to the 10th power (teaching H.S. Biology in the Bronx and love it). Went to many places around the world, did many things, from Laboratory Director in analytical chemistry to Logistics Manager of an Internet Co., and met my wife flying back to NY from Paraguay. Can't forget all the fun I had along the way.
Finally decided to grow up, marry, and have two kids (see pics). Still in school working on second Masters. Where in Manhattan is Tim King? Guess I have a neighbor from the past.
Update 2008: I now live and teach in Westchester County NY, for I got tired of the city. However, there is something where the guilt of leaving the city kids behind really bothers me. The pay is a lot more up here, but property taxes eat up any increase.
Update 2009: Getting OLDER, but looking forward to retirement. My oldest son David is now in college, leaving me ONE MORE at home. I ride my motorcycles (see pics) and often go up to North Adams/Williamstown area of Massachusetts & New York (best part of the Berkshires). Although we are 'getting' older, we don't have to 'be' old!

ill teaching in the burbs just North of NYC. Life goes on, and I just bought my second motorcycle. Now I have something to blast around town, and another toy to ride across the country if I desire. My son David is going to transfer to the State University of New York Maritime College to study engineering, and my daughter (my baby) is about to enter high school. Sound familiar??? My wife was diagnosed with cancer on my birthday this past February; HOWEVER, she is doing fine now. Early detection IS the secret! Time to go out and enjoy some LIFE! Hey Fedge, I'm comin' up to Holliston for a visit.
Update 2011: Nothing new this year, but I did get a year older. The kids are doing well in school, and my wife is staying healthy. I'm still riding the motorcycles about 15K miles/year and seeing a lot of new places. This summer, I plan to "go West" and see how far I can make it. Maybe I can get to Montana or Colorado?? I just got back from a visit to Williams College, my daughter Tatiana has the itch to attend there. I know she has the grades, but it takes a lot more than that to get in. Furthermore, I hope my bank account will be able to withstand the huge financial vacuum.
