Gary's Story
I've continued to have an exciting and fun life, basically working as a communicator in one form or another since finishing school. Wrote for several years as freelancer for The Globe and Mail, published a couple of community magazines and for the past 17 years have been publishing a magazine about the Toronto/GTA music scene, where I'm known as Gary 17.
I completed one small volume of poetry and I've also developed some skills as a songwriter and performer, with a song going...Expand for more
to Nashville in the new year. I also host a weekly open stage plus put on occasional concerts featuring a cavalcade of local talent and do some emceeing. I also have a streamable internet radio show and lately have gotten back into cartooning, developing a couple of "graphic serials" that will be fully unveiled next year.
After a couple of marriages I've been single for some time but helped make 3 kids and so far 3 grandchildren and continue to find life an ongoing adventure!
