Hello! Here's what's happened to me so far. After high school, I went off to UCI to get my BS degree. I worked at Disneyland during that time in Main Street Attractions (Steam Trains, Parking Lot). Hey, it was a job. The people I worked with were great (you know who you are) and I had a good time. After UCI, I took a job with a defense contractor. I worked on software for nukes (or more accurately to make sure that we did not fire any nukes ...Expand for more
accidentally). I left that job to go to grad school at Stanford. I worked a summer at Microsoft as an intern (yes, I met Bill) and then moved to Colorado Springs where I worked for MCI/MCI WorldCom/WorldCom/MCI/Verizon for 13 years. Actually, I worked the last two of those years from California but that is a story for a different time. I now live and work in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. My day job is working IT for an environmental testing lab. My night job is working as an adjunct professor at Colorado Mountain College where I occasionally teach computer science courses.
