Gary's Story

Left HS and went to college and got a BS in EE. Went into industry as engineer and was not really happy as EE. Found software and company sent me back to school, Princeton where I found Math and science. Wonderfull environment That excited me and I went for startups. ended up in a company Tymshare and went with their spinnof Tymnet. Computer network company. Did that for a while and they pushed me into management, operations and development. I loved it...Expand for more
. Consulted for IBM, teaching at their Advanced Engineering institue in New York RE Computer Networking, centralized controll, routing, techie stuff etc and loved it. Came back to Silicon valley where I finished with startups, management. Retired & now assist my wife in her small medical practice as a hey boy, love it also. Best of all great wife and 2 great kids. Zac - Computer Scientest and Aimee - headed for medical school. Man college is expensive!!!!
