Gary's Story
Okay, I never graduated BUT I did go to Menlo
Park schools from kindergarten thru half of my junior year...so I figure after almost 40 years, that qualifies me
as an alum. Plus, at this point, who cares!
A quick bio: married 32 years to Liz Lukrich,
(a '73 graduate of Los Altos HS where I finished)....
4 boys....
Tyler (27) firefighter/paramedic in SoCal.
Scott (24) working for internet startup in SF.
then a hiatus ....and ...Let's have two more...
Gary (16)....high school jr.
David (14)....freshman...
so much for the girl.
Been in the voice over business in the bay area
for more than 25 years. Hey, it beats working for ...Expand for more
a living! It all started with a "huge" role in the 1970 MA
theatre production of "Kiss Me Kate". Have a small recording studio in my backyard. Great commute and no need to shave or put on long pants. Worked as the announcer for KPIX-TV in SF and for Stanford football. Now doing the Raiders public address (I was a lifelong Niner fan but what the heck, the Raider's checks clear..all about the silver and black now).
When you are really bored and up late at night, maybe
my "soothing" voice on those irritating late night Tempur-Pedic commercials will put you right to sleep.
