Gary's Story
Life
My wife Marcey and I met while we were both attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. We have four children James, Matt, Tim and Joy. We moved to north Idaho in 1989 while I was working with First Interstate Bank. I opened Momentum Consulting in 1991 and worked with a wide variety of companies from software to energy trading to stock brokerage. Always involved in some aspect of finance and marketing with a little accounting thrown in.
Our two oldest both got married in July 2006. James and Nicole now live in Iowa. He is an instructor and Athletic Trainer at Buena Vista University. Matt and Alyssa live in Spokane, WA. Matt has returned to school to become a teacher after working as the theater Manager for the Central Valley School District. r field to work somewhere in the IT field. He enjoys working with computers and thankfully has kept Marcey and I up to date with technology around the house. After taking 2 years of college course at North Idaho College while at high school, Joy is now at Washington State and is in their nursing program on her way to becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
As for Marcey and I we are still working with our foster children and taking care of both her and my dad. It's a very busy life with sometimes as many as 14 people in the house. As I write this it's a little more stable with just 7 of us here. Tim and Joy come home frequently and Matt, Alyssa and the grandchildren are usually here sometime during the weekend. That plus all the animals (dogs, cats, horses, goats, pigs and chickens) keep us pretty busy.
