ariable Immunodefiency (or as most people remember the boy in a bubble) Disease. I have home healthcare in once a month for infusions to help keep my immune system working some. I have to use a walker to get around and I'm on oxygen 24 hours a day,also I'm on 30'something medications. Guess what? I was declined disability and I hired R.D. Pitts as my attorney and was put on the fast track! I think my trial date may be getting close. Hopefully this time I'll get it!
Since writing all this I had my hearing and the Judge reviewed my case and took about 10 minutes and wanted to know how anyone could have denied my disability and she made a bench decision and awarded my disability!".
