Gaya's Story
I love my life in Portland... skiing, hiking, trips to the beach, mountains, gorge and tons of exploring the best spas and restaurants in the Northwest.
In 2002, I bought SAVVY PLUS, a funky & hip plus size clothing boutique located in the historic Hawthorne area. I've won BEST PLACES PORTLAND the last 5 years and finally found something I'm good at. As for the marriage/kid thing, maybe in my next life, but it's never been on my list of things to do.
If I had a choice, I'd be a trust fund baby, traveling the world showing less fortunate women how to start their own businesses. Owning Savvy Plus has been the best education, the most rewarding and I love feeling needed, wanted and appreciated. I am so blessed. Be careful what you ask for....
