Lol ….. How does one do a quick recap of 50 years ?
Like one of those dreadful Christmas letters from family members you never see …. You can’t even read it all … lol .. even if you did try .
Or should you give a very brief synopsis … I came , I saw , I got through it .
We all have stories … good , bad , stupid , tragic , boring …. It makes us who we are .
We have traveled many diverse paths in 50 years . It has brought us here .
After graduation I went to nursing school and have been an RN for almost 50 years … lol … the Antique variety … met...Expand for more
al bedpans and glass thermometers … I have been employed for almost 50 years in many areas of nursing … I was married for 34 years , raised 2 adopted children and then started another stage of my life in Arizona and have been a Hospice Nurse for 16 years .
My siblings are still in New England , my daughter lives next door … my son is following his own path ( no comment ).
I love being Old . You can get away with lots of stuff because people are afraid you might be demented …. However, I pay my own way and nobody is the Boss of me … lol … even my Boss !
