Gayle's Story
I now live in the Puget Sound area of Washington State with my husband of 38 years. I have 8 grandchildren. The oldest granddaughter lives with us and goes to school she is 16.
My husband is retiered navy. We traveled to Virginia, South Carolina Spain, and finally Washington. My oldest Son is 42 and was given up for adoption before I came to Mojave, but he found me in 1992 and he is a wonderful man with 2 girls and 1 boy. I now breed and show Chinese Shar-Pei and Standard Wirehaired Dachshunds. I have been breeding and showing Shar-Pei for 22 years and the dachshunds for 6 years.
My sister lived with me for 15 years until her death from Cancer in 1987. She was my fishing partner. I really enjoyed fishing for Salmon, Ling Cod and Halibut, and crabbing with her. I now do more crafting than before. I do all types of needle work. I also make jewelry. I'm just "Crafty".
