Life
I can't believe it has been twenty years since graduation! Time sure does have a way of flying by. I have been working for Fairfax County for over 13 years. I have been surprised that I have been stable and in one place since after graduation I always said I would travel and live in different places, etc. I have an 12 year old daughter and 8 year old son. I thought, earlier to start with kids, earlier to get to have freedom after they graduate high ...Expand for more
school. At this point, both of them are saying they are never leaving home and will live with me forever. I have enjoyed my work and recently got my license to practice as a counselor. Officially, I am an L.C.S.W. Been thinking about venturing out for a private practice, but I am a people person who needs coworkers and friends around. Laughing is still very important to me, some things never change. Other than that, I try not to sweat the small stuff.
