ALSO FIND ME ON FACEBOOK My life since high school (when I had nicknames like "Kan-dee" and "Peanut"); College, have a BS in Criminal Justice, have been thinking about going to grad school BUT.....I am trying to figure out HOW (free-time is something I don't have alot of). I was married for 24 years to first husband, had two sons, owned several business, including One Forty West Sports Bar and Grill with my sister Dosie and long time friend, Joe Theismann in Old Town Frederick. Also owned Sports Unlimited and The Pro Shop in Gaithersburg as well as well as Airpark Auto Experts. Separated in 1994, divorced in 1996. I was a reporter and editor for much of my adult life, working for McGraw-Hill, Air and Water Pollution News, The Gazette as well as working many years as a freelancer. I am now married to a full-time, fifth-generation farmer. Husband and I farm about 550 acres right now altho we only own around 150 acres. I work right along side of my husband (I drive the big New Holland or John Deere). We raise Holstein dairy replacement heifers and Black Angus beef cattle, which we sell direct from the farm by the side or quarter (no hormones or antibiotics!)
