Genevieve Rogers's Story

The last reunion I attended was with my oler sister Julia in 2005 at the Sheraton Hotel in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. We had a blast. Looking forward to 2011 Sept Reunion with all of you who can make it. Life is wonderful. Finally learned how to live as a widow and accept life on lifes terms. Devoting my life to living each day one day at a time. No need to hurry anymore. Love taking time to smell the roses. My husband, Russ, passed away suddenly Oct 19, 2003 while out of town on business. I'm looking forward to being with him again. He was a good man, a kind husband, and a loving father. Thinking about coming to the reunion with my hairdo from my senior year ..... lol .... OH NO! world. Lived large and small. Learned to speak Russian, Italian, French, Spanish and Bull la bull la. As you can see, I still have my sense of humor .... hahahahahaha. Seriously though, I do speak English. lol I have three handsome sons who are all 6'5" with blonde hair And blue eyes. One fabulous daughter who ended up having brown Curley hair and haunting sea green eyes. Twelve grandchildren have evolved through the years. Love them dearly. I stay busy doing family history and traveling. Have been a widow now for twelve years this coming October 2015. I don't activity look for companionship buy if it happens I'll consider it. Hope to see all of you a at our 2016 class reunion. I now live in Tallmadge, Ohio. 😍 💋
