This is the modest kitchen.

The house has been for sale many times over the years and in recent times. It is said to be haunted it is thought by the ghost of Asa Chicester. Maybe his ghost has been noisy and is chasing each owner in turn away.
The Peace and Plenty Inn was begun about 1690 and was lived in by members of the Chicester family. There is a family graveyard adjacent to the house where 9 members of the family are interred.
This home would make a great investment in today's real estate market. I would like to be able to play monopoly with real houses when I find exceptional deals such as this one.
