George's Story
My grandmother said I never had a real job, she was probably right. I build stuff & have owned my own business since 1974. Seems like a job.
I love extreme outdoor fun. I have paddled a canoe everywhere. All over the east coast, Montana, Idaho & down the Colorado thru the Grand Canyon to Lake Mead. I also floated that in a raft one time. The canoe was more fun & exciting. The partying was better on the raft trip though. Maybe that was because Bill Blitchington & I did that one together. Recently, I rowed a gear raft thru the Grand Canyon for 225 miles, fun...& it was a good party

daughter. She lives in Livingston, MT now & is 28. I like that cuz I have a great excuse to ski big mountains & paddle in Montana, now. She has also given me a granddaughter, Violet, who is 1 year old. Kinda shocked me to become a grandfather because I never thought all of this out this far. But, it's all good. I also have a 14 year old son, so I still play baseball & basketball. However, my body hurts more than it use to.
I have also spent a lot of time exploring southern Utah. I love that place!
